ASCEND — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Ascend ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Ascend. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

3. User-generated content and zero tolerance for objectionable content

Ascend lets users post photos, captions, comments and challenges ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the content you post.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content or behaviour. By using Ascend you agree that you will not post such content.

To keep the community safe we provide, and you may use, the following tools:

• Report — any post can be reported directly in the app.
• Block — you can block any user so you no longer see their content.
• Automated filtering — uploaded images are screened for unsafe content.

We review reports and will remove objectionable content and remove or ban offending users, typically within 24 hours of a report. We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Posting unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or objectionable content.
• Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or abusing other users.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App.
• Uploading content you do not have the right to share.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account), which permanently removes your account and associated data.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ascend provides fitness, productivity and habit-tracking features for informational purposes only and is not medical, financial, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
